Currently serving as the Chief Partnerships Officer at NEXT176, S'onqoba is responsible for securing strategic partnerships that drive disruptive and sustainable innovation, as well as value creation for partners and their clients. NEXT176 is a forward-thinking company dedicated to creating disruptive and sustainable businesses that positively impact the lives of 1 billion individuals across six focus areas: health, education, jobs, business ownership, environmental sustainability, and debt management.

In addition to her role at NEXT176, S'onqoba is also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Perpetu8, the leading African organization specializing in transforming small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) into exponential organizations aligned with the opportunities presented by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Perpetu8 achieves this by connecting start-ups with highly skilled specialists and freelancers through strategy consulting and on-demand implementation consulting, thereby fostering business growth and job creation.

Furthermore, S'onqoba serves as the Chairman of the Board of the South African Actuaries Development Programme, a non-profit organization committed to developing black actuaries and driving transformation within the actuarial profession in South Africa.
